Professional Standards

Client first

The core of our mission is to help our clients to achieve their goals. We accept an advisory mandate only if we can provide a value to our client which is substantially higher than our advisory fee. At STILLER ADVISORS, that also requires us to suggest executing a transaction only if this in our client's best interest.

Objectivity

We strive for the highest level of objectivity. We advance only our honest and independent opinion. Our opinion is based on our fact-based and deep-drilling analysis. Our independence is guaranteed as STILLER ADVISORS is not part of a bank or audit firm. What follows are results that are in the best interest of our clients.

Confidentiality & Trust

Keeping all client-related information confidential and acting discretely for our clients is a precondition for successful transactions. Earning and preserving the trust of our clients for the long-term is our core goal.

How we work

Our clients demand excellent work of us. So do we. The results for our clients are: more options, fewer risks and faster execution.

Our extensive network of industry experts (usually former executives) allows us to professionally cover a broad range of sectors. Thus, we are familiar with the players in the respective industries, sector-specific terminology, regulatory issues and business models.

For our clients, we create additional buying or selling options via our strong relations to private equity investors and long-term oriented investment companies.

Transaction experience is important. But M&A best practice advise needs more than that. That is why we invest in knowledge. We are an active member of the German M&A Association, we cooperate closely with universities and invest heavily in training our team. This allows us to identify best practices in M&A advisory early on or even shape these practices.
